摘要
构建航空安全监察员胜任力模型,对于航空安全监察员的选拔和评估具有重要意义。基于职业分析法和行为事件访谈法构建了航空安全监察员胜任力模型,包括基本知识、工作技能、管理能力、个人特征和职业精神5个一级指标及18个二级指标。运用模糊网络分析法构建了航空安全监察员胜任力网络结构模型,得到各胜任力指标权重,并确定了航空安全监察员胜任力关键性指标。利用灰色白化权聚类法构建了航空安全监察员胜任力评价模型,并运用该模型进行实例验证。结果表明:该模型所得结果与航空安全监察员胜任力实际情况相符,模型具备合理性和可靠性。
Building the competency model of aviation safety inspectors is of great significance for the selection and evaluation of aviation safety inspector.Based on the method of job analysis and behavioral event interview,the competency model of aviation safety inspector is established,including 5 primary indicators of basic knowledge,work skills,management ability,personal characteristics,professionalism and 18 secondary indicators.The competency network structure model of aviation safety inspector is constructed by using fuzzy network analysis method,the weight of each competency index is obtained,and the key competency indexes of aviation safety inspector are determined.The grey whitening weight clustering method is used to construct the competency evaluation model of aviation safety inspector,and the model is used for example verification.The results show that the results of the model are consistent with the actual situation of the competence of aviation safety inspectors,and the model is reasonable and reliable.
