The Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of the Elderly Participating in Rural Revitalization——Based on the Theory of Endogenous Development

在乡村人口老龄化以及乡村振兴的时代背景下,老年人参与乡村振兴是促进老年人社会参与,为乡村振兴战略增加发展动力的重要路径。资源、参与和认同是内生发展模式的三个关键因素,基于此,分析农村地区老年人参与乡村振兴的理论逻辑,提出通过对老年人进行农业技能和乡村社会认同的教育培训、构建老年人参与乡村治理的多种渠道、指导老年人正确使用互联网等实践路径,以期促进老年人参与乡村振兴。

In the context of the aging of the rural population and rural revitalization, the participation of the elderly in rural revitalization is an important way to increase the social participation of the elderly and increase the development momentum for the rural revitalization strategy.Resources, participation and identification are the three key factors of the endogenous development model. Based on these three factors, the theoretical and logical construction and practical path of rural elderly participation in rural revitalization are discussed. It is proposed that through the education and training of agricultural skills, rural social recognition and Internet use skills for the elderly, talented elderly people will be included in the management team, community governance positions will be provided, and volunteer teams will be established to promote the elderly to participate in the rural revitalization strategy.
