The Summary and Prospect of Telework Research

新冠肺炎疫情的暴发使得许多企业由在线下办公转为线上远程工作,远程工作开始大规模应用,但相关的研究还不够全面和深入,并缺乏系统性梳理。基于此,在回顾国内外相关文献的基础上,对远程工作的概念、发展以及研究视角进行梳理,分析现有研究的不足与缺陷,归纳远程工作的积极与消极影响,总结研究的发展趋势并指出未来研究的方向,以期为进一步开展该主题的相关研究和管理实践提供参考。

The outbreak of the COVID-19 has led many enterprises to switch from offline office work to online telework, and telework has begun to be applied on a large scale. However, the research on telework is not comprehensive and in-depth enough, and there is a lack of systematic combing of relevant research on telework. Based on this, on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper sorts out the concept, development and research perspective of telework, summarizes the positive and negative impacts of telework, analyzes the deficiencies and defects of existing research, summarizes the development trend of research and point out the future research direction, which provides a reference for further research and management practice related to this topic.
