摘要
组织自豪是自豪在组织水平概念化形成的一个研究热点,组织自豪是员工表现积极工作行为的重要驱动力。在相关文献搜集和研读基础上,从表现、诱因两个视角梳理组织自豪的定义,比较其与相似概念的差异,总结组织自豪的测量量表,评述组织自豪的影响因素、影响结果及其作用机制。根据已有研究的不足,提出未来研究的主要议题:开发本土化的组织自豪量表、丰富组织自豪的影响因素、加强探讨组织自豪的影响效应、加强研究组织自豪的调节作用、开展组织自豪跨文化研究。
Organizational pride is a research hotspot in the conceptualization of pride at the organizational level. Organizational pride is an important driving force for employees to perform positive work behaviors. Based on the collection and study of relevant literatures, the definition of organizational pride was discussed from the perspectives of manifestation and inducement. The differences between it and similar concepts were compared. Measurement scales of organizational pride were summarized. The influencing factors, impact results, and their mechanisms of organizational pride were analyzed. According to the deficiencies of the existing research, the main topics of future research are proposed: exploiting local organizational pride scale, enriching the factors affecting organizational pride, strengthening the research on the effects of organizational pride, strengthening the research on the moderating effects of organizational pride, and developing cross-cultural research of organizational pride.
