基于城市更新理论的人居环境更新研究——以呼和浩特市为例

Study on Habitat Environment Renewal Based on Urban Renewal Theory:Taking Hohhot City as an Example

城市是城市人居环境的主要载体和不同层次的空间主体,是人类的生存场所和物质基础之一。城市更新带来的一系列人居环境变化难以预测,随着城市化进程加深,城市问题不断涌现,从而影响到人居环境质量。为提高人居环境的质量,缓解城市更新对于人居环境的影响,通过对城市更新理论的探索与研究,以呼和浩特市为例,提出解决城市更新进程中人居环境问题的针对性措施。

City is the main carrier of urban habitat environment and spatial subject of different levels, as one of living place since and material basis of human which carries everything of the habitat environment. Urban renewal brings a series of changes in human living environment that we can hardly predict. Nowadays,the urbanization process is developing step by step,and the problems that come along with it keep appearing, affecting environmental quality of people’s life. Inorder to find a breakthrough point to improve the quality of human living environment and coordinate the impact of urban renewal on human living environment. Through the exploration and research of urban renewal theory, taking Hohhot city as an example, the article summarizes several suggestions for solve the problems of habitat environment brought by urban renewal.
