传统村落保护发展规划中建筑院落风貌整治研究——以北京市柳林水村为例

Research on Style Renovation of Architectural Courtyards in the Protection and Development Planning of Traditional Villages:Taking Liulinshui Village in Beijing as an Example

随着城镇化加速,传统村落逐渐遭到破坏,其状况日益严峻,自身价值日渐消亡,加强传统村落保护迫在眉睫。针对传统村落保护中尤其是建筑院落风貌保护的现实困境与发展要求,提出建筑院落的风貌整治策略。以北京市房山区史家营乡柳林水村为例,阐述村落街巷、院落和建筑保护中的问题及其修缮整治措施,为更多传统村落的建筑院落保护整治提供参考。

With the progress of urbanization,traditional villages are gradually being destroyed,the conditions of traditional villages are becoming more and more severe,and their own value pages are gradually disappearing.It is urgent to strengthen the protection of traditional villages.On this basis,in response to the actual dilemma and development requirements of traditional village protection,especially the protection of architectural courtyards,it proposes a renovation strategy for architectural courtyards.The analysis takes Liulinshui Village,Shijiaying Township,Fangshan District,Beijing as an example,and focuses on the problems in the protection of village streets,courtyards and buildings,as well as their repair and renovation measures,in order to provide references for the protection and renovation of building courtyards in more traditional villages.
