摘要
南海环境下板壳式浮体结构的疲劳现象严重,在30 a不回坞寿命需求下的半潜式生产储油平台船体结构疲劳设计面临巨大的挑战。开展半潜式生产平台疲劳计算分析,结合平台特征给出船体结构疲劳热点区域,分析不同规范的疲劳要求及改善建议,研究适用的结构疲劳改善措施,对不同设计方案进行对比分析,给出延长肘板趾端、角焊缝、对接焊缝疲劳寿命的施工方案,制定平台在位检验手段及计划,并在船体建造中通过高质量的施工及检测手段保障建造质量。疲劳设计成果在项目建造中成功实施,为平台在位安全运行提供重要保障。
The fatigue characteristics of the floating platform with shell plate structure under the environment of the South China Sea are serious, and the fatigue design of the hull structure of the semi-submersible production and storage platform under the requirement of 30 years undocking inspection and repair requirement faces great challenges. The structural fatigue analysis of the platform is carried out. The fatigue hot areas of the hull structure are given based on the platform characteristics. The fatigue requirements and fatigue improvement methods of different rules are analyzed. The fatigue improvement methods suitable for the project are studied. Different design methods are compared, and the construction plan to improve the fatigue life of bracket toe, fillet and butt weld is presented. The in-place inspection plan for the platform is developed. Through high-quality fabrication and detection, the hull construction quality is ensured. The fatigue design results are successfully implemented in the construction of the project, which provides an important guarantee for the in-place operation safety of the platform.
