基于复合养护技术的预应力连续箱梁早期腹板裂缝防治研究

摘要 确保结构耐久性是预防桥梁腹板早期裂缝的重要环节。针对预应力混凝土连续箱梁在悬臂施工时常见的腹板早期裂缝问题,依托于某预应力混凝土连续箱梁对腹板早期裂缝成因与控制技术进行探讨,主要从混凝土原材料的角度优化混凝土的配合比,从养护技术出发,提出“模贴+人工养护+自动喷雾”的复合养护方法。 Ensuring structural durability is an important link to prevent early cracks in bridge webs.Aiming at prestressed concrete continuous box girder during cantilever construction of common web early cracks problem, a prestressed concrete continuous box girder of web early cracks causes and control techniques were discussed mainly from the angle of concrete raw materials and optimization of concrete mix proportion. From the maintenance technology, it puts forward the automatic spray stick plus artificial maintenance of composite curing method.
