摘要
索桥索力监测,无论是在索桥的建设过程中,还是在其日常维护监测中,都具有举足轻重的地位。较为常见的四种方法:油压法、压力法、磁通法和频率法。普遍存在监测困难、测量误差较大、成本较高等问题。本文材料压电式力晶组为力敏,针对索桥拉索结构,结合施工方法,提出一套索力检测装置。设计测试机构,确保在传感器失效、损坏等极端环境下,拉索预紧力不发生改变,同时将拉应力转化为压应力,切合压电式力传感器特点;利用分载原理扩大传感器测力范围,适合桥梁重载情况;引入记忆合金建立温控测力耦合系统,同时实现传感器的再预紧。装置对索力动态测量提供参考,为索桥索力日常监测奠定基础。
Whether in the construction process of cable bridge, or in its daily maintenance monitoring cable bridge cable force monitoring has a pivotal position. There are four common methods: oil pressure method, pressure method, flux method, and frequency method. There are many problems such as difficult monitoring, large measurement error, and high cost. A set of cable force detection device is proposed for the cable structure of cable bridge combined with construction method. The test mechanism is designed to ensure that the cable preload does not change under extreme conditions such as sensor failure and damage,and the tensile stress is converted into compressive stress, which is suitable for the characteristics of piezoelectric force sensor. The load separation principle is used to expand the range of sensor force measurement, which is suitable for bridge overload. The coupling system of temperature control and force measurement is established by introducing memory alloy, and the sensor is preloaded. The device provides reference for dynamic measurement of cable force and lays a foundation for daily monitoring of cable force of cable bridge.
