实施教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程是加强高校基层党支部建设、推进全面从严治党覆盖到基层“最后一公里”的重要举措。加强教师党支部书记“双带头人”队伍建设具有丰富而深刻的时代意蕴,本文结合工作实践探讨分析了当前“双带头人”队伍建设过程中存在的问题,立足长期性实效提升和长效化机制构建,从思想认知、能力提升、发展保障、指导监督、人才支撑等五个维度构建符合高校实际的“双带头人”队伍优化建设路径。
