摘要
信息网络的高度普及、智能电子产品的不断升级和社交软件的广泛使用,形成了现实和网络“双面”社交切换的常态化。高职学生受多种因素影响,过度沉迷虚拟网络社交,造成“双面”社交切换失衡,导致现实社交恐惧,影响正常完成学业。必须从社会层面的关注与育人策略的调整、学校层面的普查与团体辅导的干预、家庭层面的认知与和谐氛围的营造、个人层面的自律与社会位置的恰适等四个方面予以化解。
The high popularity of information network, the continuous upgrade of intelligent electronic products and the widespread use of social software have formed the normalization of the double-sided social switching between reality and network. Influenced by many factors, vocational college students are excessively addicted to virtual social networking, resulting in the imbalance of double-sided social switching,resulting in real social fear, and affecting the normal completion of their studies. It must be solved from four aspects: social attention and adjustment of education strategy, school level survey and intervention of group counseling, family level cognition and harmonious atmosphere construction, individual level self-discipline, and appropriate social position.
