高职院校《国际货运代理实务》课程教学改革探究

Research on Teaching Reform of International Freight Forwarding Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着时代的发展和我国货运市场的进一步壮大,货运代理企业对用人提出了更高要求。《国际货运代理实务》课程是国贸、物流专业培养货运代理人才的核心课程,有很强的综合性和实践性。目前《国际货运代理实务》存在着高水平师资队伍缺乏、教材内容滞后、现代化教学方法流于形式、实践教学无法切实提高学生的实操能力等问题,从优化师资队伍、完善课程内容体系、优化教学方法、拓宽实践教学思路等方面提出了改进策略。

With the development of the times, freight forwarding enterprises put forward new employment requirements. International Freight Forwarding Practice is the core course for training freight forwarding talents. At present, the teaching reform of the course International Freight Forwarding Practice has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems such as the lag of course content, the gap with enterprise standards, mere formality modern teaching methods. Practical teaching cannot effectively improve students’ practical ability with the lack of high-level teachers. The improvement strategies such as updating the course content, optimizing the teaching design, broadening practical teaching ideas and building a high-level teaching team is proposed.
