气相色谱法测定水中百菌清和溴氰菊酯的含量 被引量:2

摘要 文章从标线、检出限、精密度和准确度等方面验证《水质百菌清和溴氰菊酯的测定气相色谱法》(HJ 698-2014)在本实验室的适应性。试验结果表明,当取样体积为100mL时,测得百菌清的检出限为0.06μg/L,测定下限为0.24μg/L,准确度在106.2%~118.0%,精密度在1.29%~2.44%;溴氰菊酯的检出限是0.10μg/L,测定下限0.40μg/L,准确度在82.5%~106.2%,精密度在2.85%~6.79%,测定结果满足HJ 698-2014标准方法要求。 The paper verified the adaptability of the “Gas Chromatography Method for the Determination of Chlorothalonil and Deltamethrin in Water Quality”(HJ 698-2014) in this laboratory in terms of the calibration line,detection limit, precision and accuracy. The test results showed that when the sample volume was 100mL, the detection limit of chlorothalonil was 0.06μg/L, the lower limit of determination was 0.24μg/L, the accuracy was between 106.2% and 118.0%, the precision was between 1.29% and 2.44%;the detection limit of deltamethrin was 0.10μg/L, the lower limit of determination was 0.40μg/L, the accuracy was between 82.5% and 106.2%. The accuracy was between 82.5% and 106.2%,the precision was between 2.85% and 6.79%, and the determination results met the requirements of HJ 698-2014 standard method.
