摘要
本研究以《水质化学需氧量的测定快速消解分光光度法》(HJ/T 399-2007)为依据,着重对批量测试时的测试过程进行调整,采用调整后的方法进行的试验。结果表明,标准曲线以及质控均满足标准要求,并且能够减少实验试剂的使用、节约大量时间成本,有效提高了批量测试的效率。
Based on Water quality-Determination of the chemical oxygen demand-Rapid digestion spectrophotometry(HJ/T 399-2007), it focuses on the adjustment of the testing process in batch testing. The results show that standard curve and quality control both meet the requirements of the standard, reduce the use of experimental reagents,save a lot of time, and greatly improve the efficiency of batch testing.
