摘要
以某环境事件中疑似污泥的固体废物和疑似来源企业污水处理站污泥为研究对象,通过现场踏勘、资料收集、样品采集与化学检测分析等过程与方法对案发地固体废物进行初步溯源和危险特性初判,结果表明两处固体废物物理性状和基本化学组成保持一致,结合收集的其他相关资料,判定两处固体废物来源一致。案发地疑似污泥固体废物不具有腐蚀性pH危险特性和浸出毒性危险特性,结合疑似来源企业经审批的环境保护相关文件,判定环境事件中疑似污泥的固体废物为一般工业固体废物。
Taking the solid waste of the suspected sludge in an environmental event and the sludge of the sewage treatment station of the suspected source enterprise as the research object,through the process and methods of site survey,data collection,sample collection and chemical detection and analysis,the preliminary traceability and hazard characteristics of the solid waste at the place where the case occurred were preliminarily determined.The results show that the physical properties and basic chemical composition of the solid waste at the two places are consistent,combined with other relevant data collected,It is preliminarily determined that the solid waste sources of the two places are consistent.The suspected sludge solid waste in the place where the crime occurred does not have corrosive pH hazard characteristics and leaching toxicity hazard characteristics.In combination with the approved environmental protection related documents of the suspected source enterprise,it is preliminarily determined that the suspected sludge solid waste in the environmental event is general industrial solid waste..
