摘要
以苯甲腈和乙腈为起始原料,在叔丁醇钾催化下,得到烯胺中间体,随后经过4步反应并在温和简单的条件下,以中等到良好的产率(74%~88%)合成新型5-氨基异噻唑衍生物,所有产物结构由^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。
Benzonitrile and acetonitrile were used as starting materials and catalyzed by potassium tert-butoxide to obtain enamine intermediates, followed by a 4-step reaction to synthesise the final novel 5-aminoisothiazole derivatives. A series of novel 5-aminoisothiazole derivatives were synthesised in moderate to good yields(74%~88%) under mild and simple conditions. The structures of all products were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS(ESI).
