城镇污水处理厂接纳企业外排废水的评估方法

摘要 “污水零直排区”使部分工业企业存在将外排废水纳入城镇污水处理厂的迫切需求,但外排废水直接纳入城镇污水处理厂对其稳定运行和达标排放存在风险。针对某城镇污水处理厂和制药企业,通过对废水水质和可生化性的测定、工业废水对污泥活性的影响试验、污水处理厂接纳工业废水后理论出水水质的计算,以及工业废水对污泥化学需氧量(COD)降解的影响试验,评估了城镇污水处理厂接纳该工业废水的可行性,并制定了接纳工业废水的实际方案。进一步通过分析污水处理厂接纳工业废水后的出水水质情况,论证评估流程和纳厂方案的有效性。在此基础上,系统提出基于试验研究和理论计算的城镇污水处理厂接纳工业废水的评估方法,为城镇污水处理厂和工业企业的稳定运行提供科学依据和技术保障。 Some industrial enterprises have an urgent need to discharge industrial wastewater into MWWTP because of new policy“zero direct discharge area of wastewater”.However,direct discharge of industrial wastewater into MWWTP may result in risks to its stable operation and compliance with discharge standards.Therefore,aiming at a MWWTP and a pharmaceutical enterprise,this study measured the wastewater quality and biodegradability,conducted experiments of the effect of industrial wastewater on sludge activity,calculated the theoretical effluent quality of MWWTP after acceptance of industrial wastewater,and conducted experiments of the effect of industrial wastewater on chemical oxygen demand(COD)degradation.The feasibility of new acceptance of industrial wastewater by MWWTP was evaluated and a practical plan for the acceptance of industrial wastewater into the MWWTP was developed.Furthermore,the validity of the assessment procedure and practical plan was demonstrated by analyzing the effluent quality of MWWTP after the acceptance of industrial wastewater.In the end,this paper systematacially proposed an assessment method of new acceptance of industrial wastewater by MWWTP based on experimental study and theoretical calculation.This may provide the scientific basis and technical support for the stable operation of MWWTP and industrial enterprise.
