摘要
为探究桃细菌性穿孔病的室内最佳接种方案及7个桃树品种对病原菌的抗性差异。通过分别采用伤口法、注射法、剪叶法、喷雾法和浸泡法等叶片接种方法,确定注射接种法为室内试验的最佳接种方法。在此基础上,对来自不同产区的6株供试病原菌进行离体叶片的接种试验,明确9-4号菌株致病性较强;采用注射接种法接种该菌株后,中桃9号、中油16号、春雪具有较高抗性,而湖景蜜露、中油18号和中桃9号较敏感。
In order to explore the best indoor inoculation scheme of peach bacterial shot hole and the resistance difference of seven peach bacterial perforation disease indoors and the differences in resistance to the pathogenic fungus in common peach tree varieties.The best inoculation method was determined by comparing and analyzing the inoculation methods such as wound method,injection method,leaf cutting method,spray method and immersion method.The results showed that the injection inoculation was the best method in laboratory experiment,on this basis,6 Xap strains from different producing areas were selected for inoculation experiment in vitro to determine the pathogenicity difference,strain 9-4 was the more pathogenic,Zhongtao 9,Zhongyou 16,and Chunxue were more resistant to Xap,while Hujingmilu,Zhongyou 18,and Zhongtao 9 were more sensitive.
