摘要
叶绿素含量和净光合速率是反映植物光合生产能力的重要指标。对烟台固特丽生物科技股份有限公司的一款生物刺激素产品复酶糖苷进行浓度梯度喷施试验,研究其对樱桃叶绿素含量和净光合速率的影响。结果显示,5~100 mg/L复酶糖苷喷施对樱桃叶绿素含量及净光合速率均有一定提升作用;浓度为20 mg/L时提升作用最为显著,提升率分别为6.1%、77.3%,高于该浓度后提升作用不再显著增长。
Chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate are important indicators of the photosynthetic productivity of plants..A biostimulant product of Yantai Gutri Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.was sprayed in a concentration gradient to study its effects on chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of sweet cherry.The results showed that:the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of cherries were enhanced by spraying with 5~100 mg/L compound enzyme glycoside.At the concentration of 20 mg/L,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of cherry leaves were significantly increased by 6.1%and 77.3%,respectively.The increasing effect was not significant when the concentration was higher than 20 mg/L.
