学习贯彻党的二十大精神,保障儿童合法权益

Study and Implement the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,Protect the Legitimate Rights and Interests of Children

党的二十大为实现中国式现代化描绘了蓝图。对于如何贯彻落实党的二十大报告精神及“保障妇女儿童合法权益”的具体要求,从三个方面提出了具体思路:一是充分发挥妇女儿童工作委员会的作用,以《中国儿童发展纲要(2021—2030年)》为抓手,全面促进中国的儿童保护事业发展;二是按照发展“专科医院”和“专科医生”的思路,培养更多从事维护妇女儿童权益具体工作的专业社会组织和人才,特别是法律专业人才;三是新时代中国的儿童保护事业要有全球视角,要全面研究数字时代儿童保护事业的新特点、新趋势,积极推动、引领数字时代全球儿童保护事业的新发展,为人类社会儿童保护事业作出中国贡献。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn a blueprint for the realization of Chinese path to modernization.How to practice the spirit of the report to the 20th CPC National Congress and meet the specific requirements of"safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and children",this paper has put forward some ideas from three aspects:Firstly,give full play to the role of the National Working Committee on Women and Children under State Council,and take the"Outline on the Development of Chinese Children"(2021-2030)as a new starting point to promote the development of China’s child protection in all respects;Secondly,in line with the idea of cultivating"specialized hospitals and doctors",we should train more professional social organizations and talents,especially legal professionals,who can be engaged in specific work to safeguard the rights and interests of women and children;Thirdly,China’s child protection in the new era should have a global perspective,which calls us to study the new features and trends of child protection in the digital era,actively promote and lead the new development,and make China’s own contribution to the cause of child protection in human society.
