自驱动关节臂坐标测量机模型可视化

摘要 自驱动关节臂坐标测量机是一种高精度在线自动测量设备,为了解决自驱动关节臂坐标虚拟样机的定位与测量结果显示对比问题,采用MFC与可编程管线OpenGL搭建了测量机上位机软件。利用Assimp库读取零件三维模型并显示在测量软件窗口,实现了待测零件模型导入功能。采用数学方法解决了模型无法纹理贴图及添加光照问题。通过多重采样技术消除模型显示的锯齿感,提高了特征点提取的简易性。采用射线拾取算法开展了测量软件窗口与SolidWorks模型相同点三维坐标值对比实验,结果表明模型空间位姿在导入前后未发生改变,为后续进行空间坐标测量机系统开发运动控制和路径规划奠定基础。完成搭建的编译环境能够实现三维模型的基础导入和快速导入,并完成三维模型显示目的。 The self-driving articulated arm coordinate measuring machine(CMM) is a high-precision online automatic measuring device. In order to solve the problem of the positioning of the self-driving articulated arm coordinate virtual prototype and the comparison of the measurement results, the upper computer software of the measuring machine was built using MFC and programmable pipeline OpenGL. The Assimp library was used to read the 3D model of the part and display it in the measurement software window, realizing the import function of the part to be tested. Mathematical methods were used to solve the problem of the model’s inability to texture maps and add lighting. The multi-sampling technology was used to eliminate the jaggedness of the model display and improve the ease of feature point extraction. The ray picking algorithm was used to carry out the comparison experiment of the three-dimensional coordinate value of the same point between the measurement software window and the SolidWorks model. The results show that the model’s spatial pose does not change before and after the import, which lays the foundation for the subsequent development of the spatial coordinate measuring machine system for motion control and path planning. The completed compilation environment can realize the basic import and rapid import of 3D models, and complete the purpose of 3D model display.
