计及灵活性供需匹配的耦合系统优化配置模型 被引量:1

摘要 可再生能源与火电机组在同一并网点对外形成耦合系统的场景在东北地区普遍存在。在该场景下,考虑可再生能源和火电机组作为统一的运营整体进行优化配置是实现系统经济运行的关键。本文针对耦合系统中可再生能源接入的波动性和负荷的不确定性,提出一种考虑系统内灵活性供需匹配的优化配置模型。首先,为提升系统应对可再生能源输入及负荷需求不确定性的能力,根据耦合系统内的灵活性需求和灵活性供给匹配程度,建立灵活性供需匹配指标;其次,以耦合系统综合收益最优为目标,以灵活性供需匹配指标为约束,建立耦合系统优化配置模型;最后以东北地区某局域电网为例进行仿真分析,证明在耦合系统优化配置中考虑一定的灵活性供需匹配,在实现系统经济运行的基础上,可进一步提高系统配置的有效性和合理性。 It is common for renewable energy and thermal power to form a coupled system at the same network in Northeast China.In this scenario,considering the optimal allocation of renewable energy and thermal power as an unified operation is the key to realize the economic operation of the system.Aiming at the fluctuation of renewable energy access and the uncertainty of load in the coupled system,an optimal allocation model considering the flexible supply and demand matching in the system is proposed in this paper.Firstly,in order to improve the system’s ability to deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy input and load demand,a flexible supply and demand matching index is established according to the flexible demand and flexible supply in the coupled system.Secondly,taking the optimal comprehensive income of the coupled system as the goal and the flexible supply and demand matching index as the constraint,the optimal allocation model of the coupled system is achieved.Finally,taking a local power grid in Northeast China as an example,it is proved that considering certain flexible supply and demand matching in the optimal allocation of coupled system can further improve the effectiveness and rationality of configuration on the basis of realizing the economic operation of the system.
