摘要
前庭诱发肌源性电位(VEMP)作为评价椭圆囊和球囊功能及相应的神经传导通路的电生理检查技术,随着其不断完善和规范,此检查已广泛应用于各种疾病的临床诊断,本文主要就VEMP检查中的频率调制的临床价值进行讨论。
Vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP) test is an electrophysiological examination technique for evaluating function of the utricle and saccule and their corresponding nerve conduction pathways. With its continuous improvement and standardization, this test is now widely used in clinical diagnosis of various diseases. This article mainly discusses the clinical value of frequency tuning in VEMPs.
