摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在处方点评实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年6月在医院药学部门诊西药房实习的40名药学专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(21人)和对照组(19人),分别采用案例教学法及传统教学法进行处方点评实践教学。比较两组研究对象的理论知识成绩、处方点评成绩,并对两组研究对象的教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果试验组研究对象的理论知识成绩、处方点评成绩分别为(91.43±7.48)分和(90.69±8.58)分,均明显高于对照组的(31.55±9.96)分和(58.55±24.81)分(P<0.05);试验组研究对象的教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法应用于处方点评实践教学,有助于提高药学专业实习生的药物治疗学思维及医院处方点评实践教学的质量。 Objective To investigate the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)in the practical teaching of prescription comment.Methods A total of 40 pharmaceutical interns in the Outpatient Pharmacy of Department of Pharmacy in the hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the test group(21 interns)and the control group(19interns).The CBL was adopted in the test group,while the traditional teaching was adopted in the control group for the practical teaching of prescription comment.The scores of theoretical knowledge and prescription comment in the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction degree for teaching effect in the two groups was investigated by the questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and prescription comment in the test group were(91.43±7.48)points and(90.69±8.58)points respectively,which were significantly higher than(31.55±9.96)points and(58.55±24.81)points in the control group respectively(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree for teaching effect in test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL in the practical teaching of prescription comment can improve the thinking of pharmacotherapy of pharmaceutical interns and the quality of prescription-comment practice teaching in the hospital.
