环泊酚用于妇科日间手术全身麻醉诱导的有效性和安全性

Effectiveness and Safety of Ciprofol for General Anesthesia Induction of Gynecological Day Surgery

目的探讨环泊酚用于妇科日间手术全身麻醉诱导的有效性和安全性。方法选取医院2021年4月至11月连续招募的妇科日间手术患者120例,随机分为环泊酚组和丙泊酚组,各60例。全身麻醉诱导过程中,环泊酚组患者给予环泊酚静脉注射,丙泊酚组患者给予丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳静脉注射。结果给药后10 min内,环泊酚组患者的收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压下降程度均略小于丙泊酚组,心率变化与丙泊酚组无显著差异,脑电双频指数(BIS)略低于丙泊酚组;环泊酚组患者的麻醉诱导成功时间、睫毛反射消失时间、气管插管时间均与丙泊酚组无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的麻醉诱导成功率均为100.00%,均未追加依托咪酯。环泊酚组患者诱导期不良反应发生率为20.00%,显著低于丙泊酚组的48.33%(P<0.05);环泊酚组给药时明显注射痛发生率为16.67%,显著低于丙泊酚组的58.33%(P<0.001)。结论环泊酚在妇科日间手术全身麻醉诱导中的效果与丙泊酚相当,但安全性更好。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of ciprofol for the general anesthesia induction of gynecological day surgery.MethodsA total of 120 patients scheduled to undergo the gynecological day surgery recruited continuously from April to November 2021 by the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the ciprofol group and the propofol group,with 60 cases in each group.During the induction of general anesthesia,the patients in the ciprofol group were given the intravenous injection with ciprofol,and the patients in the propofol group were given the intravenous injection with propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion.ResultsWithin 10 min after administration,the decrease degrees of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the ciprofol group were slightly lower than those in the propofol group,the change of heart rate(HR)in the ciprofol group was similar to that in the propofol group,and the bispectral index(BIS)in the ciprofol group was slightly lower than that in the propofol group.The duration of successful induction,the disappearance time of eyelash reflex and the duration of tracheal intubation in the ciprofol group was similar to that in the propofol group(P>0.05).The successful rate of anesthesia induction in the two groups was 100.00%,and no etomidate was added in the two groups.During the induction,the incidence of adverse reactions in the ciprofol group was 20.00%,which was significantly lower than 48.33%in the propofol group(P<0.05).The incidence of obvious injection pain during the administration in the ciprofol group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than 58.33%in the propofol group(P<0.001).ConclusionCiprofol is as effective as propofol in the general anesthesia induction of gynecological day surgery,but it is more safer.
