重复经颅磁刺激干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果及对吞咽功能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨研究重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果及对吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的100例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(常规功能训练),研究组(常规训练联合r TMS)。比较2组治疗前后吞咽功能评估(SSA)、生活质量及营养指标。结果研究组治疗后SSA量表评分比对照组降低(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后生活质量评分比对照组增加(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后营养指标比对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在常规功能训练的基础上联合使用r TMS,能够更好地改善并提升脑卒中吞咽患者的吞咽功能,同时还能够提升患者的生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)intervention in stroke patients with dysphagia and its effect on swallowing function.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and ran-domly divided into groups(number table method).The control group received routine functional training,and the study group was combined with r TMS.Swallowing function assessment(SSA)scale before and after treatment in the two groups,comparison of life quality before and after treatment in the two groups,and nutritional index results in the two groups were recorded.Results The SSA score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nutritional indexes in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of r TMS on the basis of routine functional training can better improve and enhance the swallowing function of stroke patients with swallowing,and can also improve the life quality of patients.
