摘要
气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中隔离开关接触状态对于设备的安全运行具有极大的影响,因此围绕GIS隔离开关接触状态与振动信号、温度变化的对应关系展开研究,搭建了252 kV三相分体式GIS试验平台。通过控制动静触头接触距离模拟了3种机械状态,测量了隔离开关在不同接触状态下的振动信号和温度信号,获得了振动和温度信号的关联关系,基于振动和温度信号的特征量联合分析,提出了隔离开关接触状态的综合检测方法。试验结果表明:正常运行时,GIS外壳振动幅值较小,频率主要分布在100 Hz,温升在1℃左右;随着接触状态劣化,振动幅值明显增加,频谱中出现200 Hz、300 Hz等异常振动信号,外壳温度持续升高。研究结果表明:以振动信号的振幅、频率幅值占比和温度变化为特征量,综合分析不同接触状态下振动信号的相似度和相对温差,得到特征量间的相对系数,能够在不同电流下较好地识别GIS隔离开关接触状态,对现场检测具有实际意义。
The connection state of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)disconnector has a great influence on the safe operation of equipment.This paper focuses on the corresponding relationship between the connection state of GIS disconnector and the changes of vibration and temperature signals,and builds a 252 kV three-phase split GIS experimental platform.Three mechanical states are simulated by controlling the distance between the dynamic and static contact,the vibration signals and temperature signals of the disconnector under different connection states are measured,and the correlation between vibration and temperature signals is obtained.Based on the joint analysis of the characteristics of vibration and temperature signals,a comprehensive detection method for the connection state of the disconnector is proposed.The test results show that,under normal connection,the vibration amplitude of GIS shell is small,the frequency is mainly distributed at 100 Hz,and the temperature rise is about 1℃.With the deterioration of connection state,the vibration amplitude increases significantly,abnormal vibration signals such as 200 Hz and 300 Hz appear in the spectrum,and the shell temperature continues to increase.The research results show that the vibration signal similarity and relative temperature difference under different connection states are comprehensively analyzed by taking the amplitude,frequency amplitude ratio and temperature change of the vibration signal as the characteristic variables,thus the relative coefficient between the characteristic variables is obtained,which can better identify the connection state of GIS disconnector under different currents,and has practical significance for field detection.
