基于保护动机理论护理在静脉化疗患者中的效果分析

Nursing effect of patients undergoing intravenous chemotherapy based on protective motivation theory

目的探讨基于保护动机理论护理在静脉化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月-2020年2月秭归县人民医院收治的静脉化疗患者104例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组应用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用基于保护动机理论的护理,观察2组护理效果。结果干预后研究组HAMD-24评分和HAMA评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);干预后研究组躯体功能、物质生活状态、心理功能、社会功能评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组感染、呕吐、乏力、腹泻发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论静脉化疗患者给予基于保护动机理论的综合护理效果较好,可以有效改善焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of patients undergoing intravenous chemotherapy based on the theory of protective motivation.MethodsA total of 104 patients undergoing intravenous chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group used conventional nursing,and the research group used nursing based on the theory of protective motivation.Results After intervention,the HAMD-24 score and HAMA score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,material life,psychological function and social function in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection,vomiting,fatigue and diarrhea in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect of the theory of protective motivation is better in patients with intravenous chemotherapy,which can effectively improve the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their quality of life.
