普外科护理教学中反思性教学法的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析普外科护理教学中采用反思性教学法的价值。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月德阳市人民医院普外科进行实习的学生40名,按照抽签法分为常规组和试验组各20名,常规组行传统带教模式,试验组采用反思性教学法。对比2组理论知识、护理知识、风险防范意识、护患沟通能力、对教学顺从性率以及教学满意率。结果试验组理论知识评分、护理知识、风险防范意识、护患沟通能力评分均高于常规组,有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组总顺从率高于常规组,有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组总满意率高于常规组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理教学中运用反思性教学法,能够提高学生的理论知识和护理知识,对于风险防范和护患沟通能力的提高具有促进作用,学生对于教学的顺从性更高,进而提升教学满意率。 Objective To analyze the effective value of reflective teaching method in general surgery nursing teaching.MethodsFrom March 2018 to March 2019,40 students in general surgery department of our hospital were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the drawing of lots,20 cases in the conventional group were given the traditional teaching mode,and 20 cases in the experimental group were given the reflective teaching method.The scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing knowledge,awareness of risk prevention,communication ability between nurses and patients,compliance rate of teaching and satisfaction rate of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing knowledge,awareness of risk prevention and communication ability between nurses and patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of reflective teaching method in general surgery nursing teaching can improve students'theoretical knowledge and nursing knowledge,promote the improvement of risk prevention and nurse patient communication ability,and improve students'compliance with teaching,so as to improve the teaching satisfaction rate.
