摘要
涂层寿命直接影响涂层刀具的使用寿命,而涂层中残余应力的大小及分布是涂层寿命的主要影响因素。本文对涂层结构残余应力测量常用的钻孔法、X射线衍射法、拉曼光谱法的原理及应用进展进行了综述,讨论了每种方法的优势及局限性,总结归纳了涂层刀具损伤失效的表征方法及涂层残余应力演化与刀具损伤失效之间的关联。
The coating life determines the coating tool life and the coating residual stress,its distribution are the key factors affecting the coating life.In this paper,the principle and application progress of drilling method,X-ray diffraction method and Raman spectroscopy are reviewed,which are commonly used in measuring residual stress of coating structure.The advantages and limitations of each method are discussed.The characterization methods of coating tool damage failure and the relationship between coating residual stress evolution and tool damage failure are summarized.
