摘要 介绍了一种坐标测量机四轴联动扫描测量方法,相比于传统坐标测量方法,该方法可通过转台的辅助作用减少测针的角度变化和移动距离,优化测量过程,缩短测量时间。研究了面向叶盘扫描的测针位姿规划技术,基于可达锥和包围盒原理提出了无干涉测针位姿规划算法,并在CATIA环境下开发了相应功能,实现了测针位姿的自动规划,在降低人工规划难度的同时,提高了测量规划的效率。 A four axis linkage scanning measurement method of CMM is proposed.Compared with the traditional coordinate measurement method,this method can reduce the angle change and moving distance of the probe,optimize the measurement process and shorten the measurement time through the auxiliary function of the turntable.The probe pose planning technology for blisk scanning is studied.Based on the principle of reachable cone and bounding box,a non-interference probe pose planning algorithm is proposed,and the corresponding functions are developed in CATIA environment to realize the automatic planning of probe pose.This function not only reduces the difficulty of manual planning,but also improves the efficiency of measurement planning.
