新职业教育法视域下高职“康乐服务与管理”课程教学改革探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of“Recreation Services and Management”in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the New Vocational Education Law

职业教育法实施后,高职康乐服务与管理课程教学面临着学生来源渠道多样化、培养分层化,就业要求专技化等挑战。课程教学改革应该在新职业教育法指导下,因材施教、积极探索多样化教学方法,组建校企联合教学团队、依托就业导向,优化教学质量评价体系、立德树人,开展有效课程思政,努力实现高职康乐服务与管理课程教学改革,为社会培养更多康乐高素质技术技能人才。

After the implementation of the Vocational Education Law,the course of Recreation Service and Management in higher vocational colleges is faced with many challenges,such as the diversification of student source channels,the stratification of training,and the requirement of specialized employment.Curriculum teaching reform should be guided by the New Vocational Education Law,according to their aptitude,and actively explore the diverse teaching methods,to form a school-enterprise joint teaching team,relying on employment guidance,optimize the teaching quality evaluation system,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,carry out effective course ideological and political education,make efforts to achieve higher vocational Recreation Service and Management course teaching reform,to train more recreation high-caliber technical skills talents for the society.
