摘要
基于纳米多孔陶瓷膜毛细管冷凝分离机理,开发了一种从燃煤锅炉烟气中提取部分水蒸气及其潜热的先进余热回收技术。回收水质量高并且不含矿物质,可以用作几乎所有工业过程的补充水。该项技术首次在燃气包装锅炉的工业示范规模上得到开发和验证,并已经商业化;该技术进一步发展成为两设计阶段,适用于火力发电厂的烟气应用。回收的水和热量可以直接用来代替电厂锅炉补给水,以提高其效率,任何剩余的回收水可以用于烟气脱硫(FGD)水补给或其他电厂用途。该项技术对于使用高水分煤炭或烟气脱硫净化烟气的燃煤电厂尤其有益。
Based on the capillary condensation separation mechanism of nano-porous ceramic membrane, an advanced waste heat recovery technology for extracting part of water vapor and its latent heat from coal-fired boiler flue gas was developed.The recycled water is of high quality and free of minerals, and could be used as make-up water for almost all industrial processes.This technology had been developed and verified on the industrial demonstration scale of gas-fired packaged boiler for the first time and had been commercialized;This technology had further developed into two design stages, which was applicable to the application of flue gas in thermal power plants.The recovered water and heat could be directly used to replace the boiler make-up water of the power plant to improve its efficiency, and any remaining recovered water could be used for flue gas desulfurization(FGD) water make-up or other power plant purposes.This technology was particularly beneficial to coal-fired power plants that used high moisture coal or flue gas desulfurization to purify flue gas.
