“问题与主义”视域下的人类命运共同体论析

Human Community of Shared Future from the Perspective of“Problems and Doctrine”

通过对中国近代史上“问题与主义”之争的考察与反思所汲取的历史经验,可以看到当今世界所面临的亟待解决的且更具普遍性存在的问题本身,正是西方在解决问题时所提出的纷繁复杂的主义所蕴含的单边立场所致。从问题与主义的视角来看,人类命运共同体不是用来解决某个具体问题的举措,而是一种看待问题的立场,它不包含主义所要求的某种确定的体制,而是一种广泛凝聚共识构建应对问题之基的共同价值观。这种立场本身就意味着问题的得以解决成为可能,其实践成果也必将推动其创造更大价值。

Through the investigation and reflection of the historical experience gained from the dispute between“problems and doctrines”in modern Chinese history,we can see that the existence of the more universal problems facing the world today is itself caused by the unilateral position contained in the complicated doctrines proposed by the West to solve the problems.From the perspective of problem and doctrine,the community of shared future for mankind is not a measure for solving a specific problem,but a position to look at the problem.It does not contain a certain system required by doctrine,but a common value of building a basis for a broad consensus to deal with the problem.This position itself means that it is possible to solve the problem,and the results of its practice will also promote its creation of greater value.
