普惠趋势下银行金融服务创新行为与绩效研究——基于个体知识转化的视角 被引量:2

Innovation Behavior and Performance of Bank’s Financial Service under Inclusive Trend:From the Perspective of Individual Knowledge Transformation

摘要 信息技术的运用已深刻改变并不断重塑金融服务业,普惠性金融服务的缺失与不足引起社会关注,党中央高度重视普惠金融的发展,鼓励创新金融服务产品和手段。作为金融服务体系的核心,银行业加快普惠金融服务创新对推进普惠金融发展、促进社会公平至关重要。根据普惠金融的服务特征及服务创新的产生过程,从个体知识转化的视角探讨了银行金融服务创新概念形成、创新行为产生和创新绩效输出三个阶段的创新形成机理并进行实证检验。实证结果表明,银行个体知识转化对个体服务创新行为和普惠金融服务创新绩效有显著影响,个体服务创新行为的三个测量维度起中介调节作用,以此提出了促进普惠金融服务创新的相关措施,冀能为银行普惠金融服务创新研究提供新的思路。 The application of information technology has profoundly changed and continuously reshaped the financial service industry.The lack and deficiency of inclusive financial services have aroused social concerns.The Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of inclusive finance and encourages innovation in financial service product and mode.As the core force of financial service system,the bank accelerates financial service innovation to promote inclusive financial development and social equity.According to the characteristics of inclusive financial service and service innovation process,the research discusses the mechanism of financial service innovation formation from perspective of individual knowledge transformation in three stages,including innovative concepts formation,innovative behaviors generation and innovative performance output,and then conducts empirical tests.The empirical results show that the individual knowledge transformation has a significant impact on individual service innovation behavior and inclusive financial service innovation performance,and the three measurement dimensions of individual service innovation behavior play a mediating role.Thus the paper puts forward relevant measures to promote inclusive financial service innovation with the aims to provide new ideas for the research of bank’s inclusive financial service innovation.
