工程总承包项目涉及参建方众多、管理难度大,传统的管理手段制约着总承包项目管理水平的提高及管理方式的创新。通过梳理水利工程总承包项目管理业务需求,基于数字孪生技术探索了总承包项目管理智能化应用方案,对数字孪生在水利工程总承包项目管理应用探索起到了一定的推动作用。

General contracting projects are characterized by multiple participing parties and difficult management.Traditional managementmethods restrict the improvement of EPC project management and innovation of management.This paper illustrates the intelligentapplication scheme of project management based on digital twin technology by sorting out the business requirements of EPC waterconservancy projects,which plays certain role in promoting the application of digital twin technology in the project management.
