党的二十大精神融入专业课程的探索与实践——以《食品加工技术》课程思政改革为例

Exploration and Practice of Integrating the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress into Professional Courses——Take the Ideological and Political Teaching Reform in the Course "Food Processing Technology" as An Example

党的二十大精神是推进一切工作的行动指南,也是职业学校教育与塑造学生的有利思想武器。课程思政是认真贯彻落实党的二十大精神,推进党的二十大精神入脑、入心、入行的有效渠道。本文在“大思政课”理念指导下,系统梳理《食品加工技术》课程内容,将党的二十大精神有机融入课程思政建设,落实立德树人根本任务。

The spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress is the action guide for promoting all work, and also the advantageous ideological weapon to educate and shape students in vocational institutes. Curriculum ideological and political education is an effective channel to seriously implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and promote the spirit into our minds, hearts and actions. In this paper, under the guidance of the concept of "all-round ideological and political education", the content of the course "Food Processing Technology" is systematically sorted out, and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress is organically integrated into the construction of the curriculum ideological and political education, so as to implement the fundamental task of moral education.
