加强“断卡”行动普法教育,营造校园安全网络环境路径研究

Research on the Path of Creating a Safe Network Environment on Campus by Strengthening the Law Education of "Card Withdrawal" Action

随着网络急速发展,普法方式逐步多元化,青年大学生对法律有了初步认知。然而高校中大学生涉及的犯罪现象时有发生,尤其受网络环境的不安全因素的影响,容易造成无意间犯罪。此文以电信网络“黑灰产”犯罪——开卡、贩卡现象为例,分析成因,探索有效普法途径,提升大学生的法律防范的意识。

With the rapid development of the Internet, and the gradual diversification of methods of law education, young students in institutes have a preliminary knowledge of the law. However, crimes involving students in institutes occur from time to time, especially due to the influence of unsafe factors in the network environment, which can easily cause unintentional crimes. This paper takes the telecom network crimes of "black and gray industrial chains"-card opening and card trafficking-as examples, analyzes the causes, explores the effective ways for law education, and enhances the awareness of institute students in legal prevention.
