柔性自供电涤纶磨毛传感织物制备与表征

摘要 为了提高摩擦发电机的摩擦电性能,通过表面磨毛工艺开发了涤纶磨毛织物并探讨了其摩擦电与传感性能。结果表明:当接触频率为1.8 Hz、接触压强为156 N/m2、吸湿率为0%时,磨毛涤纶与羊毛织物摩擦发电功率性能最好,其开路峰值电压可达85.1 V,峰值电流可达518.75 nA,峰值功率可达27.59×10-3W/m2,电荷转移量可达13.6 nC;相较于未磨毛织物,经磨毛处理后涤纶摩擦电功率提高了281.1%。所制备涤纶磨毛传感织物可应用于人体各部位(膝盖、腋下、手指),用于监测人体的运动信号(峰值电压分别为6,9,1.5 V),表现出良好的灵敏性。 To improve the triboelectric performance,a brushed polyester fabric based triboelectric generator was developed and related triboelectric and sensing properties were discussed.The results show that the power generation between polyester and wool fabric reaches peak performance with the peak open circuit voltage up to 85.1 V,the peak current of 518.75 nA,the peak power of 27.59×10-3W/m~2,and the charge transfer of 13.6 nC when the current contact frequency is 1.8 Hz,the contact pressure is 156 N/m~2and the moisture absorption rate is 0%.The triboelectric power of polyester fabrics increases by 281.1%compared with that of unbrushed fabric.In addition,the self-powered polyester fabric can be integrated into many parts of the human body such as knees,armpits,and fingers to monitor human movements,with peak induced voltage around 6,9,and 1.5 V,showing good sensitivity.
