摘要
在制造业数字化、智能化持续转型的势态下,基于机器视觉AGV的设施布置规划成为制造企业实现智能制造的重要环节之一.首先分析机器视觉AGV对设施布置规划的影响,得出智能制造下的设施布置应具有路径特征的高可识别性和路径通行的高流畅性特点;然后具体分析在重叠路径、转弯路径、圆弧路径上机器视觉AGV的附加时间损失费用,构建基于机器视觉的设施布置规划模型;最后,通过实例验证本文方法的有效性.基于机器视觉的设施布置方法的应用可有效减少制造企业物料系统总费用、缩短产品上市周期.
Under the continuous digitization and intellectualization’s transformation of manufacturing industry,facility layout planning based on machine vision AGV has become one of the key links for intelligent manufacturing of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the influence of machine vision AGV on facility layout planning is analyzed,showing that facility layout under intelligent manufacturing should have high identifiability of path features and high smoothness of path passage.Secondly,the additional time loss cost of machine vision AGV of overlapping paths,turning paths and arc paths is analyzed in detail,and then a facility layout planning model based on machine vision is constructed.Finally,the method used in this study is verified by an example.The specific use of the facility layout method based on machine vision can effectively reduce the total logistics system’s cost of manufacturing enterprises and shorten the product launch cycle.
