基于模糊PID的针剂生产环境中央空调系统综合智能调控

摘要 为满足新版GMP规范对针剂生产环境的要求及减少系统能耗,设计中央空调系统的智能控制方案,规划了四种工作模式控制流程.针对中央空调系统非线性、滞后及难以建立精确模型的特点,结合PID控制和模糊控制的优点,设计参数自整定的模糊PID控制器,以实现恒温、恒湿的控制目标.根据系统的运行规律,设计控制器适用的模糊控制规则.实际运行结果证明,该控制方案运行稳定,满足目标精度要求,并且具有良好的节能效果. An intelligent control scheme for central air conditioning group is designed in order to meet the high requirements of the new version of GMP on the injection production environment and reduce the system energy consumption.Four working modes of logical control processes are planned.In the light of the nonlinear and hysteresis characteristics of the central air conditioning system,a fuzzy PID controller with self-tuning parameters is designed for constant temperature and humidity.According to the operation characteristics of the system,fuzzy control rules are designed.The actual operation results show that the system is stable,accurate and energy-saving.
