技术性贸易壁垒下人民币国际化的路径选择

The Paths for RMB Internationalization with Technical Barriers to Trade

本文通过对技术性贸易壁垒由来、现状和发展趋势的分析,介绍了技术性贸易壁垒对人民币国际化的影响,主要包括:人民币汇率不稳定造成的贸易安全会影响到人民币的国际化,技术性贸易壁垒若滥用会导致人民币在国际上的适用范围缩小,导致人民币所处的金融环境变差,从而影响到人民币国际化进程。最后提出在贸易国使用技术性贸易壁垒的环境下,推行人民币国际化的路径选择,例如推进我国经济稳定发展、扩大人民币的影响力、提高创新能力等措施。

Through the analysis of the origin,current situation,and development trends of technical barriers to trade,this paper introduces the impacts of technical barriers to trade on RMB internationalization,for example,the trade security caused by the instability of RMB exchange rates will af fect RMB internationalization;technical barriers to trade if abused will lead to the narrowing of the scope of application of RMB in the international arena,resulting in the deterioration of the financial landscape of RMB,and thus the process of RMB internationalization will be af fected.Finally,the paths for RMB internationalization are suggested with technical barriers to trade by traders,such as promoting the stable development of China’s economy,expanding the influence of RMB,improving innovation capability,etc.
