摘要
本文主要以门店+电商+社交,组成社交新零售为重点进行阐述,首先进行社交新零售基本概述,其次介绍社交新零售模式背景下的企业转型过程,最后从组建社群粉丝模块,提升管理水平、关注业态融合,布局营销网络、丰富社交场景,提供趣味性内容等方面深入探讨社交新零售背景下的企业发展思路,从而给新时期的企业经营与管理指明方向,并利用社交新零售最大化提高企业营销利润,同时为相关研究提供参考。
This paper mainly focuses on the new social retail in the model of stores+e-commerce+social.Firstly,it gives an overview of the new social retail;secondly,it introduces the transformation process of enterprises under the model of the new social retail,and finally,it discusses the development paths of enterprises under the background of the new social retail from several aspects,such as forming community fan module,enhancing management level,focusing on business integration,laying out marketing network,enriching social scenes,and providing interesting content,etc.The purpose of this study is to show the directions of business operation and management in the new era and to maximize the sales profi ts of enterprises by using new social retail,providing a reference for research.
