摘要
近年来,我国网上电商群体快速增长,随着电子商务技术在市场交易中的蓬勃发展,消费者权益被非法侵害的现象屡见不鲜,各式各样非法侵害消费者权益的行为对电子商务的高质量发展带来了消极影响,不仅侵害了消费者的合法权益,还给我国未来电子商务的可持续发展造成了障碍。本文在电子商务和消费者权益保护概念的理论基础上,以电子商务中消费者权益保护的现状为切入点,全面剖析电子商务中消费者权益保护存在的法律问题。同时,参考学习国外先进经验,提出加强电子商务中消费者权益保护的具体建议和措施。
In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s online e-commerce community and along with the vigorous development of e-commerce technology in the marketplace,the phenomenon of illegal infringement of consumers’rights and interests is commonplace,and various illegal infringements of consumers’rights and interests have harmed the quality development of e-commerce,not only infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also creating obstacles to the sustainable development of e-commerce in China.In this paper,with the theoretical basis of e-commerce and the protection of the rights and interests of consumers,we analyze the legal problems of the protection of rights and interests of consumers in e-commerce regarding the current situation.Meanwhile,the paper proposes specific suggestions and measures to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of consumers in e-commerce concerning the foreign successful experience.
