摘要
跨境电商作为数据驱动型进出口贸易的新形式已成为世界经济发展的新动力。本文选取国内最大的快时尚跨境电商企业Shein作为案例,对其快速崛起的核心能力和优势进行剖析。研究表明,Shein的核心优势在于其强大的数据化能力及其中台实施策略,以及由此构建的柔性供应链和产品创新模式。
Cross-border e-commerce as a new form of data-driven import and export trade has become a new driving force in the world economy.This paper takes Shein,the largest fast-fashion cross-border e-commerce company in China,as a case study to analyze its core capabilities and advantages for its rapid rise.The study shows that Shein’s core strengths lie in its strong data-enabled capabilities and its implementation strategies for the middle office,and the flexible supply chain and product innovation model it has formed as a result.
