元宇宙的监管问题及监管体系探索

Exploring Regulatory Issues and Regulatory Systems of the Metaverse

近年来,元宇宙热度不断上涨,成为众多领域的热点话题。但元宇宙正处于成长阶段,其相关技术、法律法规方面还有所欠缺,更缺乏完善的监管体系对其制约,由此可能引发元宇宙秩序的混乱,不利于元宇宙领域的发展。元宇宙内的秩序稳定及其良好发展,不仅需要技术的进步,还应构建科学合理的监管体系。本文先提出元宇宙的相关概念,明确对元宇宙的监管,再对元宇宙监管面临的难题进行分析,在此基础上寻求元宇宙监管体系的构建方向。

In recent years,the metaverse has continued to be in popularity and become a hot topic in many fields.However,the metaverse is still in its growth stage,and there is still a lack of relevant technologies,laws and regulations,and a lack of perfect regulatory systems to restrain it,which may lead to the disorder of the metaverse and is not conducive to the development of the metaverse.To maintain the stability of the metaverse and its sound development,not only technological progress is needed,but also scientific and reasonable regulatory systems should be built.In this paper,we first propose the concept of the metaverse,clarify regulations for the metaverse,then analyze the difficulties faced by metaverse regulations,and seek directions for the development of the metaverse regulatory systems on this basis.
