基于双通证激励机制的网文版权运营体系研究——以“阅文合同事件”为视角

Research on Copyright Operation Systems of Online Literature Based on Dual Token Incentives——From the Perspective of the“Yuewen Contract Incident”

随着网络文学的发展,网络文学版权保护日益重要。虽然学界从法律、制度、政策等方面对此问题进行了大量研究,但网络文学版权纠纷依然时有发生。本文根据“阅文合同事件”暴露出的问题,基于区块链技术,以NFT和FT双通证激励机制为基础,通过共识机制选取,以及治理机制、盈利模式和交易机制设计,对网络文学版权运营体系进行了优化,以实现作者、读者、平台、IP开发企业的制衡和共赢。

With the development of online literature,copyright protection of online literature has become increasingly important.Although a lot of research has been conducted on this issue from the legal,institutional,and policy aspects,copyright disputes in online literature still sometimes occur.In this paper,based on the problems revealed by the“Yuewen Contract Incident”,we optimize the copyright operation systems of online literature based on blockchain technology,NFT and FT dual token incentives,consensus mechanism selection,and governance mechanism,profit model and transaction mechanism,to achieve the checks and balances and form win-win situation among authors,readers,platforms and IP development enterprises.
