深圳市创新链、产业链融合发展研究:以深圳市绿色能源产业为例

Research on the Integrated Development of Innovation and Industrial Chains in Shenzhen:Taking Shenzhen’s Green Energy Industry as an Example

两链融合发展特征分析要树立系统性的分析思维,因为两链融合本身涉及创新链、产业链、创新链产业链融合等多个环节。本文在已有研究的基础上,构建两链融合特征分析框架,分别从融合发展基础和融合发展关键要素两个维度进行分析。本文以深圳市绿色能源产业为例,应用分析框架认为绿色能源产业两链融合具有如下特征:有产业发展基础,区内已经建成一批龙头企业,围绕产业链布局创新链的发展格局已经形成,但对产业链关键技术缺乏创新链布局。融合发展问题主要表现在龙头企业带动引领创新链发展格局尚未形成、缺乏与产业匹配的科研机构、政策支持不足等,并提出推动两链融合发展的对策建议。

The analysis of the characteristics of the integrated development of innovation and industrial chains should establish a systematic analytical thinking pattern because the integration of innovation and industrial chains involves multiple links in the innovation chain,industrial chain,and the integration of innovation and industrial chains.Based on the existing research,this paper constructs an analysis framework for the characteristics of the integration of innovation and industrial chains from the two dimensions of the bases and key ingredients of the integrated development respectively.The study takes Shenzhen’s green energy industry as an example and concludes that the integration of the two chains in the green energy industry has the following characteristics.There are bases for industrial development;many leading enterprises have been built in the region;the development pattern of the innovation chain based on the pattern of the industrial chain has been formed,but there is a lack of an innovation chain for the key technologies of the industrial chain.The problems of integrated development are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the development pattern of the innovation chain led by leading enterprises has not yet been formed,the lack of scientific research institutions matching the industries,insufficient policy support,etc.The study provides countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of the two chains on this basis.
