面向铁路运输生产全过程的智能综合调度系统方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着路网规模的扩大及客、货运输需求的增加,铁路运输调度指挥的难度也随之加大。在阐述既有铁路调度系统现状的基础上,分析目前存在的问题,提出建设智能综合调度系统的必要性与思路。通过运输计划闭环管理、专业作业协同互联、运输生产信息互融,实现运输生产全过程管理,搭建一体化计划编制平台,在此基础上构建智能综合调度系统,设计了涵盖智能交互层、智能传输层、数据资源层、智能决策分析层、智能应用层的系统技术架构。该系统面向铁路运输生产全过程,以日常运输调度计划为核心,以满足客货运输需求和运力资源为导向,实现了计划在运输生产全过程的自动下达与执行管制,为提高运输效率、提升运输效益、构建新一代智能综合调度系统提供技术支撑。 As the railway network expands, and the passenger and freight transport demand rises, the difficulty of railway transport dispatching and command also increases. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation of the existing railway dispatching system, the paper pointed out the existing problems and put forward the necessity and ideas of building an intelligent integrated dispatching system. By means of the closed-loop transport plan, professional operation cooperation and connection, and integration of transport production information, the whole-process management of transport production was realized, and an integrated planning platform was set up. On this basis, an intelligent integrated dispatching system was constructed, whose technical architecture design included the intelligent interaction layer,intelligent transmission layer, data resource layer, intelligent decision analysis layer, and intelligent application layer. The system is oriented to the whole process of railway transport production, which takes the daily transport and dispatching plan as the core and aims to satisfy the passenger and freight transport demand and the capacity resources. It can realize the automatic issuance and execution control of the plan in the whole process of transport production and provide technical support for improving transport efficiency and benefits and building a new generation of the intelligent integrated scheduling system.
