摘要 随着城市轨道交通路网的不断扩充,线路间联系更为紧密,线网运输计划作为轨道交通的核心技术文件,其评估选优是运营组织的核心问题。研究围绕轨道交通线网运输计划编制及其效率评估,分析了线网运输计划的编制目标和影响因素,从运能运量匹配性、列车运行技术性、候车客流饱和性和列车衔接协调性4个方面建立线网运输计划效率相关评估体系;对指标进行筛选并分类处理,提出基于超效率的Super-SBM模型的线网运输计划效率评估方法,考虑松弛变量求解并选择更新效率值;以某城市为例进行实例分析,对备选运输计划效率进行测算得到最优备选方案,并基于投影原理分析其投入产出效率结果表,提出方案优化调整思路,为轨道交通线网运输计划评估选优及调整提供决策参考。 As urban rail transit networks expand, the lines are increasingly closely connected with each other. The evaluation and selection of network transportation plans is the core issue for operation organization as such plans are the core technical document of rail transit. Focusing on the preparation and efficiency evaluation of transportation plans for rail transit networks, this paper analyzed the preparation objectives of network transportation plans and the factors influencing such plans. Then, an efficiency evaluation system for network transportation plans was developed from four aspects: matching between transportation capacity and traffic volume, technical performance of train operation, saturation of the waiting passenger flow, and train connection coordination. The indexes were screened and classified, and an efficiency evaluation method for network transportation plans based on the super-efficiency slacks-based measure(SuperSBM) model was proposed. The slack variables were considered in solution, and the updated efficiency value was selected. In the case analysis conducted with a city as an example, the efficiency of alternative transportation plans was calculated to obtain the optimal alternative. The projection principle was applied to analyze the input-output efficiency table obtained. On this basis, a scheme optimization and adjustment idea was proposed to provide a decision-making reference for the evaluation, selection, and adjustment of transportation plans for rail transit networks.
